About the Congress
We, the Graduate School of Social Sciences at Yıldız Technical University, believe that development of our beloved country, Turkey, depends on the development of the Social Sciences along with the Natural and Applied Sciences. With this goal in mind, we are organizing an international, scientific and refereed congress on December 12th- 13th, 2019 in order to present and discuss the findings obtained in the following social sciences fields;

Abstract Submission Guidelines

- Abstracts can be written in Turkish, English or in Russian. An abstract should consist between 250 to 300 words and incorporate 3 to 5 keywords.
- Abstract's title should be centered, bold and in capital letters.
- Under the title, researchers’ names, academic title, institution name and e-mail address should be written for each researcher.
- Abstracts should be written using the Word template and in Times New Roman font. The font size should be 12 pt and 1.5 line spacing. The margins should be set to “normal” (2.5 cm from the right- left- top- bottom)
- An abstract should include the purpose, methods and scope of the research; address scientific questions and adhere to academic standards.

Accepted abstracts will be announced on November 8th, 2019 on http://www.sbe.yildiz.edu.tr/
Abstracts will be published in the Congress Book of Abstracts.
Full Text Submission Guidelines
Sending full text is optional.
Full texts, which are sent to ytusbekongre@gmail.com until December 20th 2019, will be published in the congress proceedings, following the evaluation process.
Registration Fee Guidelines
Registration fee is 200 Turkish Liras (or 50 Euros) per each author. Maximum number of presentations is 2 per each attendant. The deadline for paying the registration fees is November 15th, 2019. A scan of the receipt should be sent to ytusbekongre@gmail.com Should there be any delay about sending the receipt, the organization committee does not take any responsibility about any inconvenience.
Auditors do not need to pay the registration fee.
Additional Information
- Attendants and presenters may follow http://www.sbe.yildiz.edu.tr/. Details about the congress will be announced on the web site.
- Presentations can be given in Turkish, English or in Russian. The time allocated for each presentation is 15 minutes.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Congress Organizing Committee in terms of format and content. Organizing Committee retains rights to reject abstracts. After the first review by the Organizing Committee, abstracts are sent to the referees for a second review.
- There will be computers available in the halls with “Microsoft Office” programs installed. However, other specific computer programs or equipment required for giving a presentation should be provided by the presenter.
- In order to have your abstract published in the Congress Program, registration fee must be paid in full latest November 15th, 2019. Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- In cases where the registration fee is paid but the presentation is not given, certificates cannot be provided.
- Congress Program will be announced on November 22nd, 2019 on http://www.sbe.yildiz.edu.tr/.
